Joanna Lipari (AEA, SAG/AFTRA) is a founding member with Mary Steenburgen and Pam Kareman, of Cracked Tokens at Manhattan Theatre Club in NYC. She appeared off-Broadway and in regional theatre before coming to LA. PRT credits include 5 Second Chances and RHINOCEROS (LA Times Critics Choice and Critics Circle nominee). At Rogue Machine Theatre: LUKA’S ROOM and several Rant&Raves. TV credits include General Hospital, Rockford Files, Head of the Class, Days and Nights of Molly Dodd, China Beach, The Practice, Chicago Hope, Raising the Bar and Persons Unknown. Film credits include Honeymoon in Vegas, JoJo Dancer, Your Life is Calling with Richard Pryor, and extensive voiceovers on Star Trek films/TV sequels. Recent credits: Netflix’s Spivak and Stellar People.

Beth Dunnington (Director) is a director/writer/performer who lives in Hawaii, via NYC. Beth leads the “Big Island Writers’ Workshop in LA,” where Joanna wrote most of the pieces performed in ADL. Beth regularly directs in the 500-seat Kahilu Theatre on the Big Island; she’s also a director for the Hawaii Performing Arts Festival. Her one-woman show, QUE, SUENES CON LAS ANGELITAS performed in collaboration with Prince Dance Theatre, toured the Hawaiian Islands, with a performance at Lincoln Center. She spent many years writing animated series for TV. Some of those include Tiny Tunes, Batman, Transformers, Jem and the Holograms, G.I. Joe, My Little Pony, and Doug. She’s thrilled to direct this show.

Anna Bron (Animation Director) studied animation at Sheridan College in Toronto. Since graduating in 2011, she has worked on numerous animated commercials and short films for Acme Filmworks’ clients including Suntory and the ACLU. She also illustrates for children’s books and magazines and creates concept art and character designs for animated commercials. Anna was delighted to take on the challenge of designing extensive animation for the theatre.

Ron Diamond (Animation Producer) founded ACME Filmworks in 1990 to create commercials, shorts, and long-form animation projects. In addition to producing over 1,600 commercials, Ron produced the WB Network series, Drew Carey’s Green Screen Show and Drawn From Memory for PBS’ American Playhouse. He is a recognized expert on international animation and lectures at schools and festivals worldwide. Since 1998, he curates The Animation Show of Shows, a feature length compilation of notable animated shorts ( which is also available to the general public. He co-founded the Animation World Network ( in 1996.

Keith Stevenson (Technical Director) is the author of The Fried Meat Trilogy, performed at Pacific Resident Theatre 2012-2015. Out There in a Fried Meat Ridge Rd. (2012 Ovation nomination, Playwriting for an Original Play) played at Trafalgar Studios in London’s West End with Mr. Stevenson performing. Performance credits include My Girlfriend is Alien by Keith DeFacto(Pacific Resident Theatre); Lions(Pacific Resident Theatre); Julia(Pacific Resident Theatre, 59e59 in NYC); The Steward of Christendom(Pittsburgh Public.) Director credits: Blunt Force(Pacific Resident Theatre); Lone-Anon(Pacific Resident Theatre, Rogue Machine, L.A. Weekly’s Ten Best Plays of 2013.)

Leigh Allen (Lighting Designer) is the recipient of the Los Angeles Drama Critics’ Circle Award for Career Achievement, Ovation/Best Production for Dying City and Killer Joe, Ovation/Best Production of a Musical for When Jazz had the Blues, LADCC Award/Production for One Night in Miami, L.A. Weekly Lighting Award for Treefall, Broadwayworld Santa Barbara Regional Lighting Award for Mary Poppins, GLAAD Award for Like A Dog On Linoleum, Macy Award for The Secret Garden, and LADCC and L.A. Weekly Awards for Johnny Got His Gun. Mainstage Pacific Resident Theatre: Rocket to the Moon, Indians Are Coming to Dinner, and Smart Love.

Christopher Moscatiello (Sound Design) Recipient of the 2018 LADCC and 2015 Stage Raw Awards for Sound Design, Christopher Moscatiello is also a composer, sound editor/mixer and music director for Theatre, television and film. TV credits include The Walking Dead(AMC), Psych(USA), Eureka(SYFY), Human Target(FOX), The Cape(NBC), Caprica(SYFY), Trauma(NBC) and he has scored full series, specials and promos for HBO, BBC, NBC, Dicovery, National Geographic and others. Theatre credits include The Kennedy Center, Arena Stage, Folger Shakespeare Theatre, Antaeus, Rogue Machine, Skylight Theatre, Fountain Theatre, Odyssey Theatre, and he served as assistant conductor on the national tour of Phantom of the Opera.

Carla Cadorette (ASL Consultant) is a wife and mother who loves the theatre, traveling, learning new things and meeting new people. She has been doing American Sign Language for 20+ years and loves to share her passion for the language and Deaf community with anyone who wants to learn.

Elina de Santos (Producer) Elian’s producing credits include Pocatello by Samuel D. Hunter, the Ovation winning production of 2011, Dying City by Chris Shinn, award winning The New Electric Ballroom by Enda Walsh, Proof by David Auburn, Death of a Salesman by Arthur Miller and Luv by Murray Schisgal. She is Co-Artistic Director of the Rogue Machine Theatre. Elina is the recipient of the LADCC Career Achievement in directing, 2012. She is a member of the Actor’s Studio Directors unit and of the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society(SDC).

Rosa Arias (Associate Producer) I was lucky enough to be a part of this amazing project from the early stages. Seeing Joanna’s love for her show and all the hard work done by everyone involved in making Activities of Daily Living come to life at Pacific Resident Theatre has been a rewarding experience. I’ve learned so much about production both in and out of the theatre…promotion, advertising, script notes, blocking, props…well, it’s been quite a ride. This process has made me curious about the theatre, and now I am enrolled in the Theatre department at Santa Monica College.

Joshua Chamberlain (Production Stage Manager) is a playwright and director originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. He worked previously as a Directorial Assistant and Apprentice at the Purple Rose Theatre Company, with credits including Harvey by Mary Chase, The Morning After Grace by Carey Crim, and Gaps in the Fossil Record by Matt Letscher. Michelle Hanzelova (Graphic Designer) has worked at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival four years in a row as stage manager and even ventured to Australia last year with the award-winning, The Pleasure Project. In Los Angeles, she has stage managed for Rogue Machine Theatre and The Odyssey. She is a theatre poster designer for her home theater, Rogue Machine.
